What kind of home inspector does not catch this literally their first night living in the house. We wake up the next morning and this is leaking. Obviously, he did not run this sink to check!!

The inspector was kind and courteous and very professional. He was at the house for about 4 hours. He inspected everything everywhere in and outside the house. It's amazing what a professional looks for. He was very through and I was very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Foot in the door home inspections.

Jeff was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He showed up early, dressed in uniform, with all the right tools. He explained everything in detailed. Took detailed pictures and provided detailed reports. Also, He knew all the tricks sellers used to conceal problems in the home. He was able to do the inspection with short notice and got the report done before the due date. I would definitely recommend him and use his services in the future. Highly recommended!
