Ehrlich Pest Control

No done. I have been trying for three days to schedule my normal technician. I have been on hold for an excess of 2 hours. I called a number provided by me to the executives of the company and was told yesterday and today that I would be called which I have not. This company has high-quality technicians that are treated like dogs. My recommendation is to not hire them and find a new vendor for next year as I will.

The inspection was completed with dispatch and estimate arrived promptly, however they had a scheduling mixup and missed the first install date. Then we had a challenge getting the technician with the right tools and traps to the house for the work quoted the second date, but once they arrived the third day the work went quickly and the techs were very friendly. The work was performed well as far as I know (didn't see any termites). However, now we've sold the house and are having huge problems getting the account closed. Despite repeated contact with the company representative (Scott Gallagher) we continue to receive invoices and calls/notices requesting payment. Each time we receive an invoice, Scott very nicely promises to take care of it, and then the company he represents completely fails to follow through.

iBE CAREFUL TO ASK IF THERE IS A SERVICE FEE FOR INSTPECTION.   THEY DID NOT MENTION ONE BUT I HAVE BEEN BILLED AND THE COMPANY HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE.  Inspection person was professional and said the company would call me about cost and scheduling   they called said the fee was 375 but that they could not come until the rugs were cleaned.  we tried several rug cleaning services but none would come until pest control was done.  I called Ehrlich and said we could not use their service.  Found several other services that did not require pre cleaning.  We went with NWS who charged 250  and were very professional.  Then I received a bill for 75 dollars as a service charge.  I called to protest because they had never mentioned a service charge in any of our phone discussions and because their insistence on a pre cleaning made it difficult to use them.  I have spoken to the company serveral times and had been assured that I would receive a call to resolve the issue.  No call.  But another bill with the insult of interest being added.  This is no way to run a business

Excellent.  I am on a maintenance program with Ehrlich and I have never been more pleased with a pest control company. They always respond when called and in the four years that I have used Ehrlich they have always gone the extra distance to please us. This has been the best experience with a pest control company that I have had and will continue to use them.

At first we were unsure due to some confusion and calls not returned. But this far they have been decent and available when needed.

I would call it very good. They seemed to be very reliable and very honest. They were very conscientious.

They did a very good job. They're awesome. I've used them before. I would recommend them.

Thor is our service tech from Ehrlich and he is always a wealth of information on whatever "issue" we are having.  Whether it be field mice or bees or ants or the WORST POSSIBLE PROBLEM (a snake!!!), he is always very calm, professional and courteous.  Ehrlich always does a great job.

We've been using them for the last twelve years. We have a contract with them. They come quarterly. We pay a monthly fee. We live in a rural area and it's our way of life. I would recommend them highly. We've been using the same guy for years. I get to trust them. They try to keep the same people on the same locations. We're comfortable with the technician that they use. We like them a lot. They do a great job and a thorough job. There's very little activity in the house as far as pests. We were really impressed with how they were able to get the situation under control pretty quickly. We're more than happy to have a regular maintenance with them. They're very honest and very friendly. They're one of my favorite companies to work with. It depends on how the other the other jobs are going if we are in the middle, it could be a little later. They're really good in informing me if they're running late. They're great that way. They're very responsive and they're very punctual. They'll let me know if they're running a little late.

As far as I can tell the condition on my porch was corrected; however, there may be a possibility of infestation that couldn't be reached and we were told to wait for a sign and they would come back, pry open the soffit and apply.

Called me 15 minutes before the end of the scheduled appointment to say he couldnt make it.
Rescheduled for the following week and no show, no call - NO BUSINESS

I like them a lot. The service guy that comes is excellent. He is professional and concerned about my concerns. He goes way above and beyond.

Dave is professional , nice , thorough. I like their service though feel the price is too high. Other companies are also expensive as well.

This company was recommended by a friend and my experience was great. There prices for packages were reasonable.  I have an issue with carpenter ants but not anymore.  The best part is if I see them I just have to call them and they come out. They are also always on time and I like the part where its the same person that comes. I have already referred them to a neighbor.

They are great people. I think we have three schedule visits a year. Anything else occurs, I can call and they come out, they do follow-up work without any additional cost. Everybody I ever dealt there are super friendly. They always spend plenty of time talking to me to find if there are any issues before they start any treatment. They are good about knowing that we have dogs, which is a concern of mine with chemicals. They are very understanding, very helpful and they respond very quickly. I would not be using them again because I have not seen them in this area, I live in Florida. I am under a different contractor. If they were available, I probably would be using them.

Ehrlich Pest Control is just very solid. They were there when they said they were going to be there and they resolved all of my issues.

They are always exceptional and they have good customer service. I absolutely will use them in the future and I recommend them. 

.We have two plans with them. They spray our shrubs and our regular pest control. They also sprays for bees twice a year. Their technicians are great. I give them all A's.

They are very responsive. We have them come and treat our garage for carpenter bees and anytime they spray and if we see any bees, they come for free of charge. I would use them in the future.

They are local.  I've been using them for three years.  I would recommend them to others.  I have a contract with them and they are here every month.

They have been very good. They are very responsive. The guy who comes to the house, goes through closets, goes up in the attic, does the garage. They really do a stellar job.

They come when they say they are going to come. They sent a worker named Thor and he seems to be very knowledgeable about termites. He will come back if I find bugs and not charge me anymore. He is good. They are punctual and clean.

Ehrlich does a fine job of protecting us from termites and other insects. The termite checking is done regularly on an annual basis and the spraying for everything else is done on a quarterly basis. The price reflected is an annual fee that encompasses all of this work. We're very satisfied that they do an effective job.
