Nice interaction, start to finish. Removed old poured concrete garage structure from our residence, and resloped the surrounding ground. My septic system was failing. I decided to try to obtain an easement onto my neighbors property, -- in order to have access to a sewer line. I was not granted the easement till late November. This was a big job! My home had to be connected to a 1000 gallon concrete sewage tank with a pump. Sewage is then pumped 200 feet uphill to the sewer line that was buried over 13 feet deep. The Elman's also ran into rock that they had to cut through. This extended the job an extra day. Despite any problems that they encountered, they kept to their original price. I had four other estamates, and Elmans' price was right. I found Brian Elman to be knowledgeable, honest, friendly and fair. I have already contracted them for a job in the spring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very understanding of my dilemma, made suggestions, explained the whys, completed the agreed upon work quickly, efficiently, and arrangements for further work in the fall were made. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
