Aspen Landscaping and Tress Service

Aspen Did some tree work on neighbors property. No access so he drove across my yard without my permission leaving big ruts and also pulling fence posts anchored in cement out of ground without permission. I contacted them to repair damage and got nothing but excuses and attitude. Finally after 3 weeks of excuses he stopped answering my calls. He only responded when I texted him about taking legal action. He finally shows up and does poorest quality work and didn't even finish. When asked why work quality is so poor, he starts screaming profanity and name calling and threatening to Beat me up. After searching on Internet I see nothing but bad reviews complaining of same actions- broken promises, not completing jobs, not answering calls and acting very unprofessional. His BBB membership is revoked with a rating of F. Don't get scammed by this guy. You will end up like me, taking him to court- and I never even hired him to do work. Call a professional, not Aspen.

They did a really good job, and I would definitely recommend them. The overall experience was excellent. I will continue to use Aspen Landscaping and Tress Service.
