Description of Work: This is For the Poughkeepsie NY store..Buyer beware they sell fraudulent insurance on their Furniture. They sell you Insurance you don't need and they won't cover anything..We purchased a sectional two years ago and was told to buy the insurance..it will cover everything,,,well last week i was vacuuming and like a clutz I tripped over the canister Vac...I landed head and hands first into the couch's arm and cushion..My head caused the leather on the arm to pop like a balloon and my hands made made the cushion pop...I made a 3 in split on the arm and a couple of holes on the cushion...So I decided to use the insurance I had through Ashely...I contacted them and sent the photos of the what happened..waited a few days..no reply..I call them..the Photos I sent them were not good enough...so I took new photos sent it to them..two days go by nothing I call them back..Excuse one..the insurance i bought only covers premium leather..the leather on your couch is not premium ....I said why was I sold a policy that I can't use...Then I called the Poughkeepsie store and got the team leader who told me they could not cover it because I had a prior claim..Excuse two..no when the couch was delivered a spring was coming through one of the cushions and the people delivering it would not take it back and I was told to call the store and they sent me another cushion..the warranty was not used...excuse 3...they claim the hole I made with my hand was chaffing and this is not covered..Three different excuse s..This company is a fraud and I will never buy anything from them again..They are interested in the hit and run sale and don't back up their product
