It was a terrible experience. I am actually in the middle of a dispute with them. I went there with my vacuum to get it serviced and the gentleman. The gentleman was nice. He was personable, but told me that I needed I would probably need to get a new vacuum so he sold me a $900 vacuum, which was kind of stupid of me to do. I went back within 24 hours of purchasing the vacuum and they refused to give me my money back. They told me that they have a sign there that says that you can only get store credit for $900 vacuum and so I argued with the guy I signed something on the contract it says I understand I may cancel the sale prior to midnight of the third business day. They didn't even tell me that I can only get store credit, but the contract I signed says clearly that I can cancel it within three days and I went back within 24 hours and they refused to cancel it so I actually the guy was going to call the police on me because I wouldn't leave. I called American Express because I used my American Express card to pay for it and he didn't appreciate me sitting in store and making the phone call. He told me that I should call the main office so I did and they gave me the name of the owner of this franchise I called the owner of the franchise and I started to explain to him I was very calm and I started to explain to him that you know what had happened and I was there within 24 hours and he said that is not our policy and I said basically you don't really care and he said yes. They were very rude so it is in the middle of being disputed by American Express. I don't think that the vacuum that I took home is the brand new vacuum because I didn't get any paper work or anything with it so I don't know why I did it. It was an impulsive, stupid purchase that I made. I would not use them again in the future.
