Joe does my exterminating every year and I do not get any bugs, insects, or infestations of any kind in my house or even webs in my basement.  He is an excellent worker and really knows his business.  He will tell you the truth and will always provide you with his expertise and knowledge as to how to battle the problem...and he always wins!  I had an issue with voles around my property and he had baited outside many years, but this is the 1st year in like 12 years that I had the problem where a couple actually got into the basement...but they were dead.  So because I was a wreck with them in my house, he was willing to come out on Thanksgiving even to take care of the problem, but I told him the day after would be fine.  He baited the basement to be sure nothing would ever remain alive and baited more outside to keep them away.  I have depended on him since I bought my house and can always count him to come right out for others in my family too when I've needed him.  He has a genuine concern for his customers and a work ethic that goes above & beyond.  I would recommend him to anyone, and have.

He is fabulous. He comes quickly when you call him. If you need him at all he will come back out at no extra charge. Most times he doesn’t have to come back because he does such a good job
