Appliance Sale
First off, the employee showed up with his girlfriend(?). Then went into town to purchase a gas hose that was subsequently marked up 35%. Charged two hours of labor (lunch w/ girlfriend no doubt). But more importantly, in the process of checking the fan motor in the freezer, the employee moved a package of frozen fish on top of the appliance and left it there. Needless to say, that package of fish was not detected for 36 hours....um ...yuck! $15 of fish gone! When we contacted the owner, Dan Harris, he was rude and actually said that he didn't care and could care less if we ever do business with him ever again...which is odd because we have used his service several times in the past. Great way to run a business...
