I had a fantastic experience with Olobacha Roofing. Before choosing them, I got several quotes from other companies, but Olobacha stood out for their professionalism, clarity, and reasonable pricing. They repaired my roof and addressed several related issues, including leaks that would appear throughout the house during heavy rains. From the beginning, they clearly explained what needed to be done. When I brought up a few additional repairs I had in mind, they offered thoughtful options and worked with me to find the best solutions. Sergio, in particular, suggested installing two vents to improve airflow in the house. It made a noticeable difference—the second floor is no longer unbearably hot during the summer, which I had just assumed was normal! Their team was incredibly knowledgeable, responsible, and thorough throughout the process. The work was completed in May, and now, two months later—after plenty of rain in June and some seriously hot days—I have complete peace of mind. T

I contacted Mr. Sergio about a year ago through Angi's service, but at that time I did not have the money for the project, I hired him 2 months ago, however he did a disastrous job, he used poor quality materials, he left the project crooked and poorly installed, when I asked him how we could fix the situation, he told me he would send someone to fix it and he never sent anyone, then he refused to answer my calls, I greatly regret having hired him, it is the worst service I have ever contracted in my life.

Sergio did a wonderful job working on repairing my driveway. He did a terrific job and I am very satisfied. I would recommend his company to anyone.

This company and the men who were at my home were so lovely and respectful. AND Meticulous ! The clean-up and results are stunning!

Was happy with the work and the price

I am on the fence about whether or not I would recommend them. I love the pavers they did in my yard and what they did for my driveway. However, I am not happy with how they left my house when done. They were supposed to power wash the backyard when done, I guess he "somewhat" did, but I had to go back there after and hose down a lot of it. There was dust all over my back porch and railings which clearly weren't power washed. The workers left a mess. I had people over the next day and my dog came out of the garden with a beer bottle in her mouth. CLEARLY not mine. There was also beer bottles in my basement hallway and someone busted the dryer vent in the hallway because of beer bottles on it. They had to go through my basement to get to my yard because I have an attached house and my basement was left covered in dirt. So the job looks REAL nice, but I personally would never use them again because of the mess they left behind.

The job was completed, but overall we are not sure if it was a bad batch of pavers. They worked hard and they came on time.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and completed the work in timely manner.

Great job, great price

Professional pro arrived on time completed work on time I will use this company again. Mr Olobacha noticed additional problems with my front steps and made needed repairs at very low cost .Very satisfied with his work.

Sergio and his crew did a fantastic job. They exceeded my expectations. They broke up a cellar floor, poured new concrete, stuccoed all the walls and painted the ceiling, walls and floor. It came out great and they cleaned up very well. All at a fair price. I recommend them highly.

Did an excellent job of removing old grout from back and front porch and replaced grout. Removed old old broken cement around the house and re-cemented and then painted entire bottom of house, clean and painted metal stairs leading to yard of back porch. Inside replaced Sheetrock in area that electrician did new wiring. Ran into a little problem but it was taken cared of by Sergio. Very professional and would hire for other projects.
