We picked Temur as recommendation from a friend and it was absolutely wonderful experience. The quote we got was reasonable and work schedule and pricing was spot on. 2-bed apartment had to be gut renovated. I was very impressed and jealous of how even the walls and ceilings came out (I haven?t seen such a good craftsman before myself). Floors were done very professionally as well and couldn?t find anything I didn?t really like about the job. Just one of those were you can really rely on your contractor to get the job you want without stressing out about details and what the outcome will be.  In the end our biggest stress points were with homedepot, lumberliquidators and lowes these guys gave us most of the stress with misplaced orders, incorrect orders mostly due to incompetent staff. Temur always helped with accurate measurements, sometimes recommendations and general pickup of goods and returning surplus back to vendors.

 Temur and his team were always on time and navigated building (Coney Island coop!) rules and obstacles perfectly. We always knew
were we stand and what are the next steps are. I could send email, SMS or just call and would reach Temur and get answers within minutes. In addition, our floor neighbors also noted that Temur?s team was very clean in hallways, which apparently wasn?t the case with other renovations in diff. apartments. Would I recommend him? If not clear from review yet then absolutely yes and I would want him if possible for any work I might have in the future.
