Everything was done with perfection and quality materials used. I couldn't be happier. Anthony and his son and all the workers were true professionals and a class act.

The patio stays wet and holds water. The sidewalk is all pitted due to a bad mix of cement. The stoop and sidewalk both have chips and are pitted. On the side of the stoop, he left a glob of cement where my garden is. They must of had too much cement because they just left it there.

You know. We weren't shopping price. We wanted the work done right.
Anthony the owner came to the house did the whole song and dance. Long story short. The blue stone wasn't set right. He came back to take a look at it and agreed that they would have to be reset. That was over a year ago. I stopped calling.
Now the stoop in the backyard is cracking and I've come to learn that he shouldn't have done the work in November, it was a warm month, but there was not enough time for the cement to cure.
I'm looking into getting this fixed and I will not even contact Middle Village Construction to fix the work they did.
If you can avoid using these guys, I would.

"Contrary to the opinion of the customer above, we service over 200 customers per year to 100% satisfaction. In this case, in Novemeber, we explained the stone was set correctly but, that we would need to pitch the step greater than what is typical to finish the job to HIS satisfaction. Unfortunatly, we needed to wait through the winter. We passed by the home in question in April to see the job was sourced to another company.We strive to complete each job to the customers complete satisfaction and would have done so in this case as well with a bit of patience from the customer. We truley apologize for the disatisfaction of this customer."

I could not be happier I called them before the big snow storm on 2/9. They gave me accurate est. I was at work throughout the storm and it was such a relief to come home and pull into my driveway free and clear. I would highly recommend them.
