The customer service at the company was alright but the contractors who came were not. Their craftsmanship and cleaning was not good at all. I talked to the owner and asked for a different crew and he would not replace them. None of the work was done to my satisfaction and I would never use them again. I just bought the house a year ago and had this unfortunate fire and the insurance paid for the damages.
Description of Work: They cleaned all of the smoke out of my 2700 square foot house. They removed all of my damaged belonging, they took down the old drywall and put up all new. They painted and redid the flooring. They installed new carpet. They re-painted the ceilings. They did all the smoke recovery.
