The customer service at the company was alright but the contractors who came were not. Their craftsmanship and cleaning was not good at all. I talked to the owner and asked for a different crew and he would not replace them. None of the work was done to my satisfaction and I would never use them again. I just bought the house a year ago and had this unfortunate fire and the insurance paid for the damages.
