He did everything beautifully as far as we can tell. We were satisfied. He did a pretty big job. It was a day and a half job. His prices were competitive and he showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would and cleaned up after himself. He certified the job with the city as he was supposed to. I could not ask for more. They do it right. There is no complaint. He was the lowest of the three bids. He does most of the work himself. He has a helper and he is not running a big operation. We currently use him for annual furnace tune ups and any plumbing issues that we have.
