I like them very much. I had no problems with them. Very accommodating.

They were very good, they were very professional and a very nice company to work with.

Everything went fine.

They do everything-general plumbing, drain cleaning, pipe cleaning, replacement of furnaces, hot water heaters the whole thing.  The people who live upstairs from me had drainage problems. Since I own the house, it was my problem. They are very professional. They responded to phone calls. They showed up when they said they would. They did the work. It took a little longer than I expected but in the end, everyone was happy. There were 2 workers. I have used them before for other things. The responsiveness and reliability is what I was concerned about, that is why I go with them. They are a little more expensive than others in the area but it is worth the money. There are no surprises.

We had 2 problems: water level on our steam boiler was indeterminate, & we had a long-time leak under kitchen sink that finally couldn't be ignored. Rich Hertler was punctual, professional & thorough in resolving both issues (hence the highish price which stemmed from more than one service performed). This is far from the first time we have used his services, & we have always felt very confident with the quality of his work. Also a word for the receptionist, who is always most kind & professional in listening to problems & scheduling the soonest-possible service call.
