Went well.

Tim is without a doubt the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. The first thing I noticed is how incredibly reliable he is. When he gives you a time, he shows up at that time. On the rare occasion that he’s running late, he lets you know. The estimate he provided was thorough and fair. He also gave us suggestions and advice on how to improve our project but with no pressure to take his recommendations. We always went with his suggestions because we could see how much care and thought he put into everything. I’ve had work done by other people in the past and it feels like every ten minutes there’s a new problem but with Tim, he just takes care of everything and I never had stress or worry. He figures out smart solutions every time. At one point, he even apologized to me because he wanted to redo a part of the project that had already been done because it wasn’t up to his standards. There was no extra charge and I was so impressed by the care and attention to detail he showed. The finished project is absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations. There is no doubt in mind that Tim is the absolute best and I would not hesitate to hire him again!

Tim was phenomenal. We needed our basement floor to be redone. He provided an accurate estimate, and when the time came to do the work, he took care of all the materials without any issues. The actual work was carefully done and you could tell he paid attention to detail. He gave great advice to go along with it. In terms of cleanliness, punctuality, and just overall professionalism, Tim is exceptional.

Having been a homeowner for 40 years, I have dealt with many projects and many excellent contractors. But Hilltop is by far the best in terms of quality, responsiveness and expertise. Tim O'Sullivan starts with understanding what I want to achieve, and suggests way to accomplish the project in a cost effective and professional manner. He and his staff show up on time, every time and keep me informed of any issues. Tim is professional, easy to work with and takes immense pride in providing a perfect result. There's no surprises, no unexpected costs and no stress. The best experience I have had working with a contractor.

Excellent experience. Had a 2 week window to get a remodel done. Had several quotes and they all were higher, and also said it would take 4 weeks. Tim came in reasonably priced, quote was articulate. Said He could do 2 weeks. All went as planned and the bathroom is amazing. He is so easy to work with, prompt, fair, and kind to be around with the family.

I loved the work that was done, Tim and his team were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I am very picky and I can honestly say that I have no complaints at all. Everything was done extremely well and efficient. I'll definitely be using this company again.
