He is very thorough and trustworthy. He did an amazing job! There was not one spot of soot. He swept and vacuumed. He even repaired a wooden covering over the sewer in the basement. He fixed it with wood putty and it looked better than new. I recommended him to a friend and he was so kind to her. He used top of the line stuff. He gives very honest reports.

Arrived at 8am the appointed time. Installed the parts needed and completed the job in about 25 min. Checked for leaks, cleaned up and departed.

The company never showed for our 1st appointment for an estimate. When I rescheduled for a second appointment they called 1 and a half hours into the 2 hour window to say that they were too busy to entertain my type of work. They weren't apologetic to the fact that I waited around on two separate occasions for them just to cancel. Also weren't very professional in their demeanor or customer service.

THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF MY CALLING, THEY HAD THE PROBLEM SOLVED AND CLEANED UP WITHIN AN HOUR OF BEING THERE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF WE NEEDED TOO. WE HAVE TOLD A FEW OF OUR FRIENDS ABOUT THEM AS WELL.
