 + 0 moreHe is very thorough and trustworthy. He did an amazing job! There was not one spot of soot. He swept and vacuumed. He even repaired a wooden covering over the sewer in the basement. He fixed it with wood putty and it looked better than new. I recommended him to a friend and he was so kind to her. He used top of the line stuff. He gives very honest reports.
Description of Work: Boiler prep. He checked the water heater. Checked automatic water feeder and chimney lining.

When I rescheduled for a second appointment they called 1 and a half hours into the 2 hour window to say that they were too busy to entertain my type of work. They weren't apologetic to the fact that I waited around on two separate occasions for them just to cancel. Also weren't very professional in their demeanor or customer service.
Description of Work: Wanted to replace tub and put in new shower body.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF MY CALLING, THEY HAD THE PROBLEM SOLVED AND CLEANED UP WITHIN AN HOUR OF BEING THERE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF WE NEEDED TOO. WE HAVE TOLD A FEW OF OUR FRIENDS ABOUT THEM AS WELL.
