Excellent, expedited approval came through, the work was done by Tuesday, a beautiful new boiler had been installed and the entire job was clean, effecient etc. Now, the next few days, we actually had quite a few issues with regulating heat and it was less than optimal. But Ed. was always on top of it and was very pro-active in making sure we completely get it sorted out and he did. We are extremely happy with his responsiveness, responsibility and he's a true professional. We would highly recommend him.
