Description of Work: wrought iron fence painting-pressure washed house-fixed non working pocket door-recaulked all windows on house and awnings front and rear-painted outside metal storage shed-pressure washed complete property---to fix the pocket door he had to make a hole in the wall. he didn't like the way it came out. he came back and fixed it to his satisfaction. the hole disappeared. my wife an kids still can not find the hole.

 + -1 moreSeemed ok until we discovered only one coat of paint was applied after paying for Primer and two coats. Owner is a nice guy and accommodating but only as good as his workers. They swore it was two coats but 110% it is definitely only one. I reached out to Martin and set up an appointment for him to return but he never showed up.
