Andy is a very straightforward mechanic. Unlike the typical service departments attached to dealerships, Andy never tries to upsell you service or perform unnecessary work to run up the bill. He is pragmatic and if his shop cannot do the work itself (e.g., wheel alignment), he will make a referral to a quality shop. I very much trust his judgment and believe he and his crew do good quality work.
