He showed up and advised that it would cost $370.00 to change a washer in my faucet. I declined the estimate and hired a different service provider from Angie's List to do the work.

The plumber came in look at the faucet said we need a part to fix the faucet, he called his office and told us it will cost $400.00 to fix it. I told I will purchased a new faucet and will reschedule. I called them to reschedule and I was told someone will give me call and until now I haven't heard from them

It went well - I was most impressed by the fact that they called back to make an appointment. Local plumbers in my area - calls go to voicemail and they never call back.

It went well; however wasn't expecting the hefty price tag. Purchased their Angie's List toilet tune up special for $59 and then paid another $405.40. Could of purchased a brand new toilet and have it installed for that price.

Team showed up on time at scheduled date,proceeded with work and finished in timely manner ,I noticed later I still had a drip coming from the faucet.I called the company on the following business day and spoke with the receptionist and then the owner to reschedule a follow up visit. The owner himself (licensed plumber) showed up with the same crew on the scheduled date/time and proceeded to rectify the problem immediately,they replaced the valve seats at no extra cost, You don't see that every day ! They cleaned up nicely and removed all the old parts. I would definitely hire these guys again and I highly recommend them .

I was very pleased with the service. I had an emergency and they were the first company I called. They were responsive and quickly resolved te issue - with out a major mess. Can't recommend them enough...

They made two appointments and never showed up, I would not recommend this business.

Great. It took them one day to replace my AC and water heater. The service was quick and makes me want to use them again.

It went very smooth. They sent out two mechanics who completed the work in one day. So far, we are much happier with the new system, it cools the house better and is much quieter.

My husband and I were both very pleased. Their crew (two mechanics) had the old system out and the new system up and running in one day. The new system is much quieter and we look forward to saving on our electric bills given it is high efficiency.

We called at 7 Am and they were at our house by 9:30 AM with all the parts they needed. The service tech, David, was knowledgeable, well spoken and neat. We were very happy with their response time and over all professionalism.

We love them! The rooms both used to be way too hot during the summer.

Even walking in and out of residence, wore pull on foot protection.
Work went quickly and was performed very professionally.

Very detailed with what he was going to do and ultimately what was done.

I would say I was pleasantly surprised all around with the service I received. I would definitely recommend him. I don't exactly remember the price however I think it was around $1000. The work was done a couple months ago.
