Price was way under other quotes. But we looked into their work and it’s awesome. They did it in one day. I was actually upstairs and came out to new stairs to walk down. Great quality.

Joe really knows stairs. He showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate for new stairs to our basement. He said we needed to move a cabinet that was installed next to the stairs in order not to damage it while the job was being done. Also, he promised to call us in advance to let us know when our stairs were ready to be installed. He did call, but it was on the day he wanted to do the installation and we had no advance notice. I told him I need at least one day's notice. My husband and I had to scramble to move the cabinet in question. Joe promised that his crew would be there the next day. Unfortunately, they did not show up the next day and when I called I was told that we were not on their schedule. This was upsetting. However, I spoke to Joe and he promised that his crew would be there the next day â and they showed up as promised. The three guys worked non-stop for two full days and did a great job! They were courteous, clean and professional. The stairs look great. I would absolutely recommend this company. But I would make sure that communication is clear and be better about timing of installation.

Giuseppe comes to my house to do an estimate and after he left i knew this was the company to hire. He was professional and very insightful of everything they wood do down to the species of wood. His guys came in and in 2 days completed my banisters and rails. They also left the area cleaner than they found it. To say im extremely satisfied is an understatement!

I had banisters installed and the workers left the site messy with wood glue on the stairs, also they use a wood glue color that didn't match the red oak. When we called the owner to advise him of those things and a loose spindle he said he'd come to look and never came.

Here is a man that knows his craft and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him

The guys they sent where Real pro's, they did a beautiful job, finished when they said they would, if they did other work that was on my list I would hire them again. Price was reasonable
