Pressure washed house. Scheduling was a breeze. Was originally given a date of 5/22 but she said they would try to do better. I didn't expect a call, but they were able to move me up by almost a week. Very friendly team. Overall job was good. I have used them before and will again.

Power washed my aluminum siding.

They were great. They were timely and professional. It was a great job.

Two workers arrived punctually, very professional and went right to work. Work went well and the house looks great. I might add that I have used this company at least 3 times before and each time I've been a satisfied customer.
Before parting the owner took time to discuss the wisdom of having my roof soft washed to remove the dark streaking (algae) and other creeping crud growing up there. I've given this thought in past years but was always hesitant, fearing it would damage the roof. He answered all my questions and I now have plans to have him soft wash my roof early this October 2013. I'll write another review then, I'm sure it will be good :)

.I am very satisfied with the end result of both my house front and porch cleaning. Due to circumstances, this work has been done while I am not home and I have only spoken to this business by phone. My experience however has always been pleasant and courteous, my questions always sufficiently answered.

69I called several power washing contractors for estimates on washing my
vinyl siding. A1 Power Washing was the only company to answer their
phone and they were able to provide me with a very thorough estimate
right over the phone, based on the information that I provided them. It
took day or so for the other companies to return my call, and another
few days for them to come out for an estimate.
After I had all of the estimates in hand, two companies were very close
in price and the third was very low in price. I know that you get what
you pay for, so I took the low ball estimate right out of
consideration. A1 and the other company were only a few dollars apart,
but the feeling that I had from the companies were quite different. I
had several conversations with A1 about concern for my plants, pets, and
of power washing in general. They assured me that I had nothing to be
worried about and that their detergents are safe and their services are
guaranteed. They seemed much more knowledgeable and confident than the other company.
I confidently went with A1, and I am so happy that I did! They were on time,
professional, thorough and to my surprise, the price was actually LOWER
than I was quoted. They told me that the square footage of my house was a
little smaller than I told them over the phone and to be fair they discounted my bill
by $25!
My house initially looked beautiful, however upon drying, I notice a
couple of rusty colored streaks. I called the office the next day and
they sent their service professionals right back out to hand scrub them.
They were very pleasant, apologetic and provided me with a coupon for a
local store for my and quot;inconvenienceand quot;. I had to laugh because nothing
about my experience with A1 was an inconvenience! It was a pleasure. It
is so nice to work with a company who not only is proud of they work,
but stands by their services and truly cares about their customers.
My house sparkles! It is the cleanest one on the street. I will absolutely use them again.

We hired this company to wash the siding on our houses. They showed up when promised and cleaned not only the siding, but the foundation,roof facia, roof shingles and our shed.
On the itemized estimate/bill the roof shingles and shed should have been an extra charge. We did not ask to have them done, so I was prepared for an arguement. To our very pleasant surprise we were not charged for the extra services. He said they did the extra services in hopes of good word of mouth and perhaps some future business. Smart businessman!
The were fast, efficient and did not ruin any plantings that were close to the house. My house looked beautiful when the work was completed.
I would definately recommend A-1 Powerwashing and I will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. Came when they said they would, it cost what they said it would cost, and the house looks great. They even did some extra work (re-nailing loose pieces of fascia, etc.) at no extra charge.
