They installed it last year. So when it stopped working this year, we called to ask them to come take a look to see what was wrong. It took 3 days for them to get back to us. Then the response was we will check our calendar and get back to you. They NEVER called back. We had to hire someone else to do the job.

When I called, the provider was able to come early the next morning.  Needed to order some parts, and did initial groundwork.  Had spoken with my husband, and was familiar with specifications set by municipality.  Provider was young- early 20's (he works for his dad who owns the business).  Really knowledgable and understood exactly what work was to be done, even suggesting best way to do it.  Very prompt and professional.   Took time to explain water pressure gauge workings and what he had installed.  Gave me his number to call if any problems or not satisfied.  Very pleasant and easy to work with.
