I called Mike for an estimate and he came on time. It was just about to thunderstorm so he asked if he could come back and measure the next day. After telling him everything that I was looking for and he listened while it poured out. He came as promised and measured while we were at work! Mike had his insurance carrier e mail me his insurance policy as I requested. Big thumbs up to me!! I got numerous estimates and no one produced the policy. I got new soffits, he used a premium ice shield and hauled away the debris, was included in estimate. Other estimates i got never mentioned one complete price. Need less to say, I am thrilled with my new roof. He cut back roof line of one of my overhangs, at my request, and tied it in wonderfully with original roof line. Also, reinforced my rafters rather than leaving them in their poor shape from the original builders. I will let you know this winter...and I get tons of snow here, how well the ice shield works and if Mike's solution for my valley and ice build up really works. Felt comfortable with his workers here while I was home alone. Polite. Could have done a better job of clean up. If tarps were used then more of the loose nails would have been picked up by them instead of me every time I walk around my yard. I would recommend them still.
