Boc's Major Improvements

Boc came initially for a roofing estimate, and was supposed to come for another estimate for redoing the cement (parging?) around the basement on the outside. I waited around on two separate occasions for him to show up, he calls me to cancel the appointment 20 minutes before one of them, and again with little notice a second time. Great, thanks for wasting my time again... The final time he scheduled a Monday, to be in the afternoon. I ASSUMED he would call me to tell me he'd be here at such and such a time, or to tell me he's on his way. I wasn't going to wait around for him again, so wasn't home - I mean, the and quot;afternoonand quot;? Really? NO phone call, nothing. Never an original estimate given either. He said he'd just call with the info. Never got it. What the h*** is with people coming for estimates, then screwing around and not getting back to the customer? I have money, you come and do work, take money. Should be simple, apparently not. I guess I'll just have to call someone else who has the courtesy of making phone calls, and wants to get paid for work.

He was very reasonable, professional and reliable. He was very detail oriented and did an excellent job. Once the job was complete, Boc left the area neat and clean with no mess left behind. I also liked the fact that when you call him, he actually answers the phone - you won't get stuck leaving a voice message and waiting forever for a response. I plan on having him install metal roofing on my remaining roof in the spring.

They were very good. I was very happy with them. They were very professional. I plan on have them do some more work for me.

During last winter I had an issue with a couple of ice damns causing small leaks on my ceiling. I did not want a bigger problem this winter, so I decided to have my 17 year old original roof replaced with a metal one. Believe it or not, living in snow country I was having trouble finding a roofer who did steel roofs. I came across Boc's name on Angie's list. Boc is punctual, polite and professional. He gave me a very fair estimate, we drew up a contract, decided on color, ect. I'm extremely happy with how the roof turned out and I plan on hiring his services again this coming spring for some drywall work. Boc was also very accommodating answering questions and being understanding about delays (on my end) due to paperwork / red tape type issues. I was a little concerned about our unpredictable Upstate weather delaying the project; Boc was able to install the roof over two weekends. He goes the extra mile, paying attention to detail and stands by his work.

They arrived on time. Did a great job! I am very happy with the work. I would be more than happy to recommended them. As they do carpentry work, dry wall, painting etc. I myself will be using them again. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. A friend had recommended them to me, I got 2 other estimates and I am glad that I chose them. Mostly because I heard that they did good work.
