We have had a good experience every time he came out to do a repair. He explains the issue & answers any questions that we have. Very friendly & honest. We were referred by a friend years ago. We will call him again.

Bob has been our appliance repair man for about 14 years now. Most of the time, he is quick to respond to a call- unless he is extremely busy. there is a $45 service call, but that is pretty standard nowadays. He took the old motor away for scrap metal, and cleaned up the lint underneath the dryer that had accumulated. Very friendly, honest in his business dealings.
