 + -1 moreTerrible! Harley showed up to tell me that at the last minute his bucket man called in sick and then when I asked him when they could do it next he said maybe next week? So basically I got shafted. I made all these arrangements and now it's all a bust! I wanted the tree work done so my special needs kids could have a warmer pool to swim in, now God only knows when that's going to happen! You need to hire more than one bucket man! I also thought it was strange that he said I don't blame you if you want someone else to do it, REALLY? WHO??????
