He went to the company and said he had to be out at a certain date. He had to pay a penalty for staying over the lease. There are two leaks in the foundation. They showed up to a family event, but he didn't talk to him.
Description of Work: We moved in and one week later had to put in a hot water heater and gas burner. They had their inspector come and out and give the go ahead.
