Excellent. The owner returned my call immediately and ce the next day. They cleaned the gutters quickly and efficiently while not leaving a trace of themselves behind. They were fairly priced and I plan on using them once a year.

We are new homeownes and needed our gutters cleaned. They were probably never cleaned prior to this. Rich and his son cleaned out our gutters, which took probably 4 times longer than any of their other cleaning jobs. At the end of the job, Rich did not try to increase the price and was still extremely friendly. I will definitely use him in the future.

Richard did great work and I am a very FUSSY customer. He explained everything to me and gave me free advice too. He was on time and they cleaned up afterwards. PERFECT !!!

I made appt for a gutter cleaning by phone lats week for a cleaning on Dec 4. The cleaning was done as scheduled.Gutters are now completely free of leaves and debris and I am ready for winter. I have used RJ several times and have never been disappointed. They come when they say they will come and do the job professionally.

Arrived at the time he said. Went to the roof and removed the debris from the clogged gutter. Removed the leader and cleared clogged debris. Check the other gutters and removed a birds nest. Cleaned up the debris and hosed down the siding. Nice guy reasonable and would definitely recommend.

I'm pleased with the job.  Rich was on time and called when the job was complete. He made sure the water in the gutters was running freely before completing the job.  Cleaned up all debris before leaving.

I found Rich from RJ's Gutter Cleaning through Angies List. Everything went very well. I called about 6:00 PM expecting to leave a message for return call the next day. Rich called me back with 2 hours and set up the job for the first appt the next day. He came on time and did the job quickly and clean. All I could ask.

August 20 2013 Our latest experience with RJ's was we had to have our 50+ year old linden tree removed  because of mess and proximity to house. RJ's was flexible with times and did a wonderful job on both a final clean up of gutters, roof and driveway area but also did the home next door. We could not recommend these guys more highly. I was even trying to convince my wife to leave the tree so RJ's could continue cleaning. Will miss both of them but hopefully we can find other things for RJ's to do.

This is the second time I used RJ and I am extremely happy with the service. The first time I called was 48 hours after Hurricane Sandy, November 2, 2012. My chimney cap had blown off. I called RJ, never having used them before. Rich answered immediately and came to my house the same day, in the midst of power outages, gas shortages, etc. He replaced the cap and cleaned my gutters while he was on the roof, no extra charge. The second time I called was June 4, 2013, We had a heavy rain and my gutters were overflowing. Once again, he answered, came to my house the same day, cleaned the gutters, and checked them to make sure they were in good shape. It is a pleasure to do business with someone like him. He is responsive, gets the job done right, and his prices are very fair.

I called on May16th at 3:30pm and by 4:30 Rich called from my house to tell me exactly how much the job would cost.  By the time I got home my gutters were cleaned!  We moved into our house in January and like everything else in/on the house we knew the gutters were going to need work.  The picture he texted me confirmed this!  It had probably been years since they were cleaned and they were packed with dirt and debris.  Not anymore!  The cost for the job was more than reasonable, and we will definitely be using them again.

It was January and black ice was pooling on the steps outside our door. Is winter too late to get your gutters cleaned? It seems the answer is no, but you need to be flexible since Mother Nature can change things at the last minute. I emailed RJ's Gutter Cleaning to get an appointment:  Rich told me it can be done, but the roof needs to be free of snow, all the ice melted, with the temperature above 32. This was understandable. We traded a few emails to arrange a time for someone to be home. Our first appointment needed to be canceled because of a conflict on my part - Richard was very accommodating in rescheduling for a few days later. Of course we had Nemo the Nor'easter throw a wrench in the works. We rescheduled it for a week later, and it was a beautiful 48 degree day. 
Rich and a young man showed up as scheduled and were done in about an hour. They blew out the leaves, then power washed (?) almost 10 years of mud from the gutters. He tightened a few gutters that were loose, and pointed out one area to watch, since the fascia board was rotting away. This was too big a repair for his company. Moral of the story ? don?t wait 10 years to get your gutters cleaned (and don?t wait for winter to schedule an appointment!).
I picked RJ Gutter Cleaning because they are local, and had no bad reviews here on Angie?s list. It was a good choice. Communication was easy by both email & telephone, the price was right (+ Angie's List discount) & they were professional. I'll be calling them next year for another cleaning and will recommend them to others.

It went very well. They were extremely nice. They came over after finishing the job down the street and he decided not to charge me. I am 91-years old and disabled and he was extremely nice about it. We had called other companies, but they didn't come out or call back. He came out right away.

It went fine. They are excellent. We were referred to RJ's from a neighbor.

They came as scheduled, did the work as agreed upon, and cleaned everything up.  I am very happy with the service.

I called the contractor on May 18, 2010 to give me a price for cleaning. His price was acceptable to me. He said he would be at my house on May 19, 2010 in the morning. He showed up at 9:00 AM and completed the cleaning and clean up by 10:45 AM. He performed a professional job.
