They arrived promptly at the time they said. I discussed the problems with them and they went right to work. It took about 2 hours, including a trip to get a part. This was the first time I used a plumber so I was not sure of the price but I felt it was a little high for what they did. However, I appreciated the prompt work and honesty and will use them again.

We've been customers of Rainbow/Hand H for 22 years, and we've come to expect only the very best craftsmanship from them. Accessible, punctual, reliable, professional, trustworthy, honest and extremely competent are but a few of their qualities. As we are remodeling from Hurricane Sandy, the entire home needed a complete plumbing modernization. They were willing to work around my time frame without hesitation; a very important aspect as I was single-handing most of the construction, and as such slowed the pace of construction. Offering me advice on certain design elements, we arrived at sound and practical construction decisions together with no conflict. They put in long hours on not normal business days in order to complete the stages and phases of the plumbing to meet my schedule. Their staff of mechanics and apprentices are competent, polite, and helpful. The quality of the work performed in my home is absolutely top notch; I wouldn't want any other plumber in my home; as I mentioned to the owner when I first contacted him several months ago about getting the worked performed I said, and quot;Either you're doing the work, or nobody is....and quot; That said, I will also mention that their prices are commensurate with their skills...good pricing is what I listed, and it is honest pricing given the area of the country, state, county and town where I reside. Could it be lower? Probably, but you also get more than what you pay for in an abstract way too. I couldn't be happier with the work performed by Rainbow/Hand H, I fully expect to be one of their customers for many years to come.

I had to do the demolition myself with a helper, I had to get a separate contractor (tiling, drywall installation, electrical rough in, installatin of hardware and other finishing work) to do the finishing the job because he was unable to provide this as part of the renovation. I had to get a separate contractor to finish the laundry room. He states on his website that he is a home improvement contractor but, in reality he is a plumber. I had to do the debris removal myself. Within 6 months of his departure, I still had water leaking from the second floor that has cost me additional funds to address it with another contractor. I tried contacting him several times to to have him come back to address it but, his response was that will cost you extra. And the warrantee is on work performed is bogus. He never provided me with the paper work or is willing to honor it.

They are good. The last time I used them, they removed debris from the external drain line. They are very professional and reasonably priced. They are highly dependable.

First of all, his prices was very reasonable and he came out on time. His work was excellent. He was very professional, courteous, and did a very good job cleaning after himself. I would definitely recommend him.

I HAVE BEEN UNDER CONTRACT WITH RAINBOW FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT ON ALL THE SERVICE CALLS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!
