All was excellent.  Prochilo is certainly not the cheapest, but fair prices relative to others.  And they are busy, so may not be able to get them right away.  But they are professional, and I prefer to deal with them than the many contractors I have come across over the years.

Pete did work for me 10 years ago and 2 years ago. I am a person who appreciates professionalism and Pete was always 2 steps ahead like a chess master. I have recommended him 2 4 other people that have all thanked me for the referral.  Rare in this day and age to have someone young have such an old world ethic.

Prochilo Construction was dependable. They came whenever we had some minor issues with the house like minor lighting and minor leak. They were a recommendation from someone else and then we went with them. We had very little issues. They were pretty timely, pretty efficient and since it's been finished, they had come back and done whatever they had to do.
