This plumber is top quality in every way from the minute he enters (after wiping his feet on the mat) until the time he leaves.  He is polite, respectful, clean and neat.  We have been faithful and appreciative customers for ten years and in all that time EVERY job he has done was a success.  He is competent, efficient, thorough and careful (he puts his tools on a clean towel he brings to protect surfaces).  He always returns calls, arrives when he promises and is very kind as well as helpful.  On this latest visit he connected three appliances and tested each one to confirm that it was functioning correctly.  As usual, we were very satisfied with all aspects of his work.  I am extremely pleased to highly recommend this plumber.
