Felt trapped, bordering on fraud. Initially was told $58 per head of rotary sprinkler (when actual work started it turned to per head of sprinkler or cut in the pipe etc) or $2,500 for complete new sprinkler system but was told that we have existing working systems except repair and replacement of pipes and heads. To cut short I am out of $ 550 ,sprinkler systems not working, and new quote of $3800. More left my home dirty full of soil and dirt and also the rain sensor that is fine was advised to replaced.

They were honest and worked fast. Two other previous businesses attempted to rip me off by telling me that I needed to replace the PVB on my external pipes with a price tag of $325! That was J&A Irrigation. The guy came on my property and gave me a $750 quote to fix the issues I was having and do each head. Pacific did the same evaluation and the cost came out to just UNDER $200. The issues with my sprinkler system were resolved; they didn't try to do work that didn't need to be done and that alleged PVB issue? One of the 3 guys that came to my property tightened the screws to close the valves which are left open during winterization and resolved the issue. These other guys likely recognized the issue and wanted to make an easy cash grab. I had a savings of $550 and I am thankful I listened to my instincts and got a 3rd quote which was Pacific. They are now my go-to sprinkler service provider.
