I have paid this man over $12,000 for services that he never provided. I had paid $1500 for him to install a fence with gates, and he never installed the gates. The roof leaks, and he has not come back to fix it. I paid $4200 for a new front door which he never installed. I paid $3500 for a european A/c unit which he never installed. I paid him for the materials to build 2 small decks and he never even brought the materials. I paid $700 for a storm door that he never provided. I paid $800 for basement flooring which he never installed. I paid $1400 for granite for my stairs that he never installed. And I also had paid him for other odds and end things around the home that he never did or did not do well. This man scammed me out of thousands of dollars, and now I have to hire other comanies to do the work and pay AGAIN! He constantly made excuses for why things couldn;t get done, and I've seen less and less of him as time goes on. My only option is to sue him and hopefully get some of my money back. He always seemed to say the right thing but never followed through.
