It went very well. Ralph was on time, very pleasant and professional. His fee was very fair. It was a good experience and exceed my expectations. I will definitely call him again if the need arises.

It went very well! No other repair person in the area would even come to look at it - he was able to get one side of the oven functional on the first visit and gave me a 10-15 day estimate on the parts - he called when they cam in and finished the job!

I called on Friday. Someone got back to me on Sunday and he was at my house on Monday. Nice guy. Price high and non negotiable. He said it was a two hour job and he was done in an hour and I still had to pay $459. So far my refrigerator works fine.
