Lawnmowing: The mowers arrived every week, did a good job and left the yard neat. However, this past summer when it was so very dry and the grass did not grow very much, they still mowed every week. On the occasions when I was at home when they came, I was able to tell them to skip that particular week if I felt the grass did not need cutting. The mowers were polite and understanding. If there was an extra service I needed, I had to be there to tell the mowers (such as weed-whacking a portion of my back yard) Leaving word with Tony usually did not get through to the actual mowers doing the job. Snowplowing: The plower got there promptly, early enough, and with no problems. However, at the end of the season I called three times to have them repair damage done by the plow to my neighbor's lawn, and the work was never done.
