Pittsford Tree and Landscape Inc

Terrible! They won't honor their two year written guarantee on 2 large trees we purchased and they planted in October 2022. We have been trying to address issues with these trees since spring 2023 and still don't have a resolution 24 months later! Bevin never returns our calls or emails so we have driven to the nursery several times. Each time she lies to us by promising to come to inspect and trim the trees but does not follow through. She offered to extend the warranty to 3 years but refused to put it in writing. My last communication requesting resolution was sent 2 months ago via USPS Certified Mail...no response! We love to support small businesses but this one is terrible. They use the name of Pittsford Tree and Landscape, as well as Village Garden Store and Nursery. The people seemed nice enough, but the work they did was not satisactory. They came back to replace some of the bushes that died, but they were supposed come do some work in the Fall and never did. They just didn't show up. Some of the things that they planted around the patio weren't good. They said they would make a nice border, but the border they put up comes up to my chest. There are still dead bushes out there and I called them about it and they never came out. I also asked them for a guide on how to take care of the plants and they never gave me that. When they first did the work they came when they said they would. They were very nice when I talked to them and the people that did the work were professional, but they didn't respond to me.

I have had Pittsford Tree & Landscape for years and have no reason to change. I'm satisfied, they are very good and dependable. If I have any questions they answer them and take care of it.
