We have been an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital since 1989, and we are very proud of our continuing accreditation. We strive to provide the best quality veterinary care and deliver it to you and your pet with a commitment to honest and ethical service. Quite simply, what sets us apart is our qualified staff. You are assured of access to your pet’s veterinarian, receiving calls back when you have questions. Everyone on our staff goes out of their way to lessen stress, pain, and fear for our patients and their families. The doctor was gentle with my cat and quick to diagnose. He did and overall checkup and told me she was in good health. I was charged for a general visit with no extra costs. I wasn't pushed into buying anything extra. We have just moved here and are delighted that we found our vet on the first try.

, NY 14506I've had 2 dogs live out their lives in the care of MVAH and from introduction to death, I have been grateful for the care we've gotten. There is something special about the practice and I think it's because the owner of the practice has such a love for animals and this is carried through from the hiring of new vets to how the front desk treats the customers. They do help with the last days of life by not encouraging extensive, expensive procedures. Their compassion for animals is evident.

The price above included the visit and medication. The medication seems to be working. They were able to diagnose him and let me know he was not contagious to my other dogs. I have been going here for 2 years. They are wonderful. I was recommended to them by neighbors. I have seen several vets there over the years and they have all been wonderful. They are very friendly, take time to answer your questions and take very good care of your dogs. I have had good experiences across the board. They are very available. When you first go you are assigned a certain vet but if you need to get in you are assigned another. They are all very good. Any vets I have gone to are expensive so there is always rrom for improvement!

I have 3 dogs who go to these vets. One dog has multiple myeloma and an enlarged heart...takes between 4 and 8 pills a day. They've gone way over what's expected to keep the sick one a quality of life...and he's still wagging his tail. When they thought he needed a special place for him to stay (instead of a kennel), they found 2 different people, both wonderful to keep him. They call to check on him Dr. Heather Culbertson is the vet for all three; however everyone there is a pet person...and professional.
