We requested and received a quote for weekly lawn mowing and weed trim. We also requested multiple times a quote for edging, lawn aeration and fertilization, but after being told we would receive a quote we never did. We left voice messages on their phone and the Company was unresponsive. After bringing to their attention several times, our invoices continued to be addressed to "resident". I'm still not sure they know our name. Their work was so-so they did an average job mowing the lawn. I would not hire them again!

Overall I have found Brad to be very available, punctual, reliable, and neat. The lawn has never looked better, and I don't have to worry about it. Adjustments were made for the very wet weather early in the summer. Their work demonstrates responsibility and care.
