Description of Work: Morgtage was refinaced from 5.4 to 4.25 - got a shorter loan period . 2 months off no morgtage payments, ask for mike ohara.

They were able to work with me and waived some requirements since I had other supporting documentation. As is usual with refinances, they called to request more documentation several times, but Peter Domingo, the loan officer who helped me obtain the loan, was every efficient and tried to anticipate what information might be needed. No matter what time I called, he always responded promptly, oftentimes within 10-15 minutes. I obtained a very good interest rate given that I only have good credit, not excellent, per my FICO score. I received a cold call from United Mortgage in late March, 2015 asking if I was interested in refinancing. From start to finish it took about 6 weeks.
Description of Work: Refinanced my loan on a 4plex.
