I had contacted Total Home Construction to have siding installed on my house and Mike V (salesman) came out to provide us with a quote. He was very informative of the product they were offering which was one of the highest quality in the industry. I had several quotes done and THC came in slightly under the others but with a product that was at a higher quality. The crew came out - they were on time and very polite. When the job was completed the workmanship was amazing and their cleanup was spot on. I had a few questions along the way and Mike was there every step. Couldn't ask for a better experience !

Professionalism from the start! Excellent crew of workers..Everything was done correctly the first time! Loved their quality of service!

So far Paul has been great on time, answers all emails and phone calls in a very fast and professional manner... The work is getting done early December but some demo was done on the outside of the house and the work was neat and clean ...

Everything went well except the door that I wanted was not the one that came but that was not Total's fault. The door was reordered but Home Depot kept sending the wrong door until they told us that the door I ordered was not available so, I had to choose a different one.  So, I ended up getting my door late August.  The only thing I did not like was that the old siding that was removed was not taken away right away.  They left it on my lawn until a truck came to pic up a couple of days later..  Other than that everything was fine.  We made 3 payments and the last one was done when the door was put in.  I recommend them highly.

The entire process was great, from our initial visit to their showroom,
on site estimate, and quick, clean, professional installation. 3 years
later, the windows are as new, outside flashing and all caulking in
excellent condition.  Highly recommended, and I just conactted them for
an estimate on a bathroom remodel....

Total Home was professional from the first call. Completely responsive, timely, and willing to work with the homeowner. The team was neat, prompt and right on schedule.

THC installed all new energy-efficient windows, doors and siding: Preservation insulated aluminum siding (shakes in front, horizontal around rest of house); Preservation triple-pane windows throughout house; front door and sliding glass door.
The windows were done first, then the siding, using a separate crew for each. The entire job took about 8 business days. They were efficient, polite and sensitive to my privacy, comfort and safety (and my dog's). They were also very good about cleaning up every day.
The owner, Paul, was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options. He listened to my concerns and did all he could to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job.
I had 4 other estimates done before choosing Total Home Construction. They were the most expensive, but I had a gut feeling they would do a better job -- and I was right. All workers were THC employees, not sub-contractors. Also, the other people I spoke with were going to leave the gutters in place and install the new siding by sliding it underneath the gutters. THC removed all the gutters, installed the siding on the eaves properly and then replaced the gutters, which prevents leaks. I've had other contractors notice the quality installation and admire it.
I am extremely happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. I've also noticed a huge improvement in my home's energy usage, comfort and noise level (I live on a busy street).
I would definitely hire THC again and would recommend them to anyone.

Total Home Construction is the ideal company to work with. They are a family owned and run business. We met with George, the owner in mid-May to discuss what we wanted to do. He was punctual and very professional. He took all of the measurements and gave us a quote on the spot. We called him back the following week and signed the contracts. He told us it would take about 6 weeks for the windows to come in and then they would schedule the work. The windows came in 4 weeks on a Friday and they scheduled work to begin the following Monday. The office was very courteous and made sure to call to confirm times and availability a few times. The workers came on Monday morning and stayed through Friday to complete all of the work. They had to come back the following Monday to fix a few things but everything was left clean and orderly. They were very professional and did an amazing job. We will definitely use them again when we need to do roofing, siding, windows or other home construction. I can't recommend them enough. We met with about 6 other companies and this company was by far the best.

I was very satisfied with the work! The crew had great communication skills. Paul was very attentive and answered all my questions.

The work performed was done in an excellent and professional manner. The repairman was courteous and quiet while he went about his business and even fixed a portion of the soffit I had not seen when I originally called. This was a wonderful experience.

Paul was very good to work with. I did get several estimates and he was not the cheapest but I felt that he used the best materials and found him easy to work with. His workers were great and the job came out very nice.

I went to 3 construction companies to get estimates after hurricane Sandy severely damaged the outside of my home. All three prices were pretty close. I ended up choosing Total Home Construction because they did same work on my neighbors house the prior year. I felt comfortable with them because my neighbor recommended them and we were impressed with the final product.
The work was scheduled for 3 months out because of the backlog due to Sandy. Total Home started relatively when they said they would in April. Workers were professional, treated my home with respect and were very focused on quality. Management stayed in touch regularly to make sure we were satisfied. There were no and quot;add-on'sand quot; at the end of the job like I've heard about even though they replaced a few boards here and there.
There were a few punch list items at the end that I wanted done and there was no haggling or arguing. Total Home took care of everything they said they would and we revery focused on making sure we were happy with their work.
Overall, they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone else who is looking for construction work.

The work proceeded well and the roof was finished in a timely and professional manner. One problem related to a solar tube that was present before the replacement of the roof was resolved in a satisfactory manner. Overall, we are happy with our new roof with respect to quality and workmanship.

I am very happy with the job the crew did with the install of the windows at our house. The team, under the supervision of Dimitris, was pleasant, responsive and very good at their jobs. Dimitris is fantastic. He was very helpful every time I asked a question or brought something to his attention. He genuinely cares about what he does and brings much

It was an incredible experience working with Total Home Construction Corp. We contacted a total of 10 contractors and after meeting with Total Home, it was clear they were the company that we wanted to work with.
Everyone on staff at Total Home was kind, professional, and personable; the owner Paul, the heads of the roof/siding crew, Rolando and Mauricio and their entire crew, Dimitrios-the head of the door/window installation and his crew, the two gentlemen, Steve and Bill from the office, and the woman in the showroom.
The owner, Paul, showed up on the agreed upon day and time of our scheduled appointment. He was thorough in his estimate, going over all the details, and was honest when answering our questions. We decided to move forward and proceeded with the contract review and payment plan. This process was also a very honest and informative meeting, and despite the unpredictable weather, Total Home kept to the estimated start date.
The day the work began, Rolando and Mauricio showed up with their crew on time and knocked on my door to let me know they were there and ready to begin working. The roof/siding crew was great to work with. They arrived each morning and checked in with me to see if I had any questions. Before leaving each day, they again checked in with me to see if I had any questions. They worked throughout each day, only breaking for lunch. They were kind, professional, and personable. They answered all of my questions, explained things to me in terms that I understood, and addressed every question or concern that I had throughout the process.
When it was time for the doors and windows to be installed, it was Dimitrios and his crew who performed another amazing job. Dimitrios was awesome! He thinks ahead and asked questions about my future plans regarding flooring options etc. before hanging the doors so he can make any adjustments now rather than us having to make adjustments later. He also, was very kind, professional, and personable.
The communication practices of Total Home Construction Corp. was great. Throughout the job, I had the opportunity to speak with Steve and Bill from the office. Both were gentlemen in each and every interaction. The owner, Paul, was always accessible and never did I have to wait for someone to get back to me.
Every aspect of working with Total Home Construction Corp. was seamless. We look forward to recommending them to friends and family. They will be the first company we call when we are ready to embark on our next home improvement project.

They were very professional. I have no complaints. They showed up on time and worked every day until they were finished. I would highly recommend them.

They got the job done. They were relatively quick about it. The only problem I had is they said they were sending us a bill over email and it took a long time to get it. They said they sent it but we never got it. Otherwise it was quick and easy.

I was very satisfied with them in the past. I didn't use them this time for garage door as their price was double than the company whom I went with. They happened to be an excellent company. They happened to be a top company. I would use them in the future if their price is competitive.

They are very service-oriented. The guy is very prompt and has returned calls. He is very easy to talk to and professional. Right now we feel really comfortable with them but we haven't seen the work yet.
