My mortgage was sold to this company from what I understand. So far, they have been fine to me. I really have not had to deal with them too much other than to send in payments. They called me a few times to get me information on some things so I think they are good enough to their customers.

Very well. Made a phone call to the 800 number and received a call back within two days, and Gary came out to my house to review the possible loans and gather information. Once I made a decision I closed within a week. Also, they accommodated me by having the closing on a Friday. Night after work, but I had to wait a while on them for the actual signing of documents.
