Over the last year we met with quite a few refinancing companies and representatives, which allowed us to see how outstanding Reliance First Capital and David Singer were. Their terms were better, and no less important was the process led by David, characterized by hard work, professionalism, high-level communication, and above all, which for us is the most important - a high level of reliability (more than once David couldn't give us an answer to a question, promised to check and after short time returned with a complete answer, and personally I prefer this approach over professionals who 'always know everything'.) I know how hard it for people to find the right guy to work with, whom they could trust in a major deal such as a refinancing. So here's my two cents for you guys: In my case Reliance and David Singer were found to be a good pick.
