From first contact to completed job, Jose from Purified Solutions was nothing short of outstanding. I had a bad experience with a big-name company that installed all of my water filters. Jose was able to not only to acquire the filters and parts I needed for service (the company would not even sell them to me), but perform the necessary work at a lesser price. Jose spent much time with me on the phone answering all of my questions, and even went as far as to do the work in front of me, explaining everything he was doing - showing me how I can service my filters myself in the future! Can't beat that. Jose also gave me tips about how to maximize the quality of my filters (reverse osmosis, whole-house carbon, ph neutralizer). My water tasted even better that it had prior after Jose completed the job. Can't say enough good things about this company, so glad to have found them. If you're looking for a solid water purification company - look no further!

Excellent! Jose Grullon came to the house and completed the installation and testing in a few hours and we are extremely happy with the system. The water tastes great. His system doesn't require as frequent filter changes as our prior system and doesn't require a bulky reservoir. In addition, Jose hooked up the purification system to our refrigerator ice-maker. He followed up twice to ensure that everything was working.

Jose takes professionalism to a higher level. He was very careful with his work followed up to make sure all was working well and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Not only did he do a fabulous job installing my water filtration system.

Jose Grullon fully explained all of the options available to us. He was professional, courteous, timely and honest. We were constantly running out of water and we had water bottles everywhere. Jose was responsive and did everything he said e was going to do in a timely manner. His work was neat and he did not get in the way. The system is great. We always have water and NO BOTTLES or mess. The best part-we saved $150 a month. Unbelievably good experience.
