I NEEDED A MORTGAGE AND ALTHOUGH I WAS A VERY HARD PERSON TO FIND A MORTGAGE FOR, JOHN WORKED VERY VERY HARD TO FIND THE BEST MORTGAGE AND WITH THE VERY BEST TERMS AVAILABLE. HE WAS DETERMINED TO NOT JUST GET ME ANY MORTGAGE, BUT TO GET ME A VERY GOOD ONE. HE WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND VERY TIMELY IN KEEPING ME UP-TO-DATE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE PROCESS. HE ALSO HAS A VERY GOOD FULL TIME ASSISTANT.
