I HAD TO WAIT OVER FIVE WEEKS FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND DO THIS SWITCH. IT WAS VERY INCONVENIENT TO ME IN THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER. I THOUGHT THE THESE PEOPLE WERE ARROGANT KNOWING I HAD NO PLACE ELSE TO GO.
