We called Russ the Plumber to change our expansion tank. He came and told us that we also needed two other valves and the cost would be 695.00. I told him that I would be moving soon and wanted to do only what I could get by with he informed me that he could replace only the expansion tank but that he would not guarantee the work. I told him that I have two young kids and do not want to be caught with out heat so to go ahead and do all the work so I could get the one year guarantee. He showed up perform the work and got paid and left. My wife pretty soon notice the heat not working well so I called him and explained the situation and that I thought it needed to be bled he agreed and said he would come take care of it that next night never called never showed u. I called a couple more times never answered the phone never returned my call I was running electric heaters to keep the house warm while we waited for him to return. THREE WEEKS or so went by I called got the voice mail and explained that the weather was supposed to get very cold and I was concerned about breaking a pipe if he could please get there and never heard from him. So I got another boiler mechanic to come look turns out that not only did Russ the Plumber leave my down stairs heat completely off , leaving us in danger of a pipe freezing and breaking but he left air in the upstairs burning out circulation pump. This cost us 287.00 more and the mechanic from the other Co also said that the price was much higher than it should have been. from what he could see it looked to be about 400.00 or so worth of work. I was very reluctant to write this bad review but do to the amount of things done wrong I believe its only right to warn others.

Russ the Plumber was referred to me by my General Contractor, Rob Lepre.
I live in a town house that is about 20 years old now. My contractor recommended that I replace my original 50 gallon water heater, as it was showing signs of wear and tear. He suggested I install a Rheem residential tankless gas water heater. He said he had one and really liked it because it provided hot water and quot;on-demandand quot; and I could probably save a bit on my energy bill. Since I have a finished basement, and I kept hearing horror stories about flooding from the old style water heaters, I took his recommendation under consideration. I am so happy I did. I am so happy with my new water heater.
The heater is mounted on the wall. What a space saver! They had to install a new gas line, PVC vent and intake exhaust for the water heater which they vented to the back of the house. They also installed copper water lines for the heater. The installation took about 6 hours. They were very neat and careful. The entire team was very reliable and responsive.
My townhouse is attached to my wonderful neighbor. We both had our water heaters installed within the same week. My neighbor's was installed on Tuesday, October 3rd and mine was installed on Wednesday, October 4th. One right after the other. Russ and his team is so trustworthy that I let him in my house while I was at work, and my neighbor checked in on the team from time to time during the installation. When I came home, the old water was removed and taken away. They cleaned up everything. Everything was in it's place all neat and clean!.
I am happy happy happy! I highly recommend this provider.
