called Rella and another company for estimates, I ended up going into their store to see what they had to offer. Older husband and wife took care of me and I felt like I was dealing with my grandparents, They knew what they were doing and gave me solid advice. I actually saves money through them because they recommended me to not spend money on something I didnt need.

Stopped at a few pellet stove dealers and felt most comfortable with using Rella Coal as our dealer. Ordered and set up a installation of the stove a few weeks later.
Jonathan came and installed the stove as well as a full chimney liner as and when expected. Perfect installation, nice and clean. I have an older home with small doorways and he removed the doors to get the stove in place, which he did again with no damage to anything. He also showed us how to operate and maintain the stove as well as what to expect as we are new pellet stove owners.
A few weeks later we stopped by the office and ordered 3 tons of pellets which were delivered (with an extra pallet as we requested) neatly where we asked them to be.
I have seen many positive reviews from long time customers of Rella Coal, and I can see why. They are a very friendly dealer who looks to keep their customers for life by treating them well. I will definitely be using them for any service necessary as well as future pellet purchases.
