The definition of hit & run landscapers They cut the grass missed tons of spots, none of the grass on the sides by my fence were cut it looked like nothing was done after they left I had to do my lawn myself to fix what they didn’t do

Before we hired them, we spoke with the owner (Chris), and told him we didn't want people looking into our house, while they were working. He joked, "they'll be too busy to look in". But they weren't. Every time they came, someone looked in through the windows, long enough to establish eye contact! We were sitting at our dining room table when this occurred; never watching from the door, for example. When we contacted Chris to complain, he was not at all apologetic, referring to the matter as "this nonsense". Once we cancelled their service, they sent multiple bills by e-mail AND placing one in the mailbox. Then, they continued sending e-mailed bills. culminating--after only two weeks--with a demand letter, threatening court action. He also was not willing to go to an alternate-weekly schedule for the fall, threatening and then charging nearly double for a "long grass" rate, for the week that we DID skip. NOT recommended

The very first day they mowed massive amounts of grass into my pool.  I
kindly called and spoke to the owner asking that they take bit more care
not to get so much grass in the pool (I had to clean the skimmers 4
times that day and had to take a part my filter to get all of the grass
out).  He said they would try next time to not get grass in the pool. 
Next 2 weeks, decent jobs.  The next week, the guy with the leaf-blower
was blowing grass, leaves, twigs and sand into my pool.  I called and
spoke to the owner again stating that if this happens again I will need
to cancel services.  He ensured me that they will try but can't promise
anything.  That following week they came to trim my bushes and hedges. 
They did an OK job, some bushes looked good, others butchered! 
The
next week was the breaker.  One of their workers urinated on my rose
bushes.  I called the owner immediately to cancel services!!  I was told
that they would call me back to discuss but of course didn't get a
return call.  At that time I had asked them to send me the final bill,
they didn't and then had the audacity to send one a month later with a
late fee.  I called and re-informed them, that their worker urinated on
my bushes and they didn't seem to care and wanted me to pay the fee.  I
informed them I could have called the cops and the BBB, which I should
have.   I would never recommend this company to anyone, unless you want
the shoddiest work, or want to hire them for your neighbor that you
hate...

In response to the company response:
No information was false, the review is negative since the work was terrible, I was never told they would file a small claim suite or is it suit ....  :)   They are making things up since how could they sue for non-payment, when I was never billed.
The company is lying through their teeth.
