Excellent! They worked with us on price. The workman did an excellent job. They did it in a timely fashion. It is a family business that cares about their clients. I have used them in the past.

Except for a slow start waiting for all parties to be on the same page this job went excellent. The order of contacts was as follows:
Carolyn was our salesperson and was very informed and very pleasant to speak with. She listened to what we were looking for and helped greatly in our decision making for the better. She is a true sales professional.

The owner Joe came next for our estimate and was great. He was a gentleman and listened to what we thought should be done and helped us make a change for the better. We needed a piece of the sub-floor replaced due to termite damage and fearing a major job, he told us what he could do and put our minds at ease about the cost. The repair was much better and cheaper than what we originally were told by another flooring company who shall remain nameless (Not a member of Angie's List).
The installer John and his sidekick also John, came next and except for a miscommunication with the paperwork a week ago, he too was a very professional, polite craftsman that knew what he was doing and he listened as well. He eventually installed our floor on Fri 4/25 and we are very, very pleased. We are just waiting for the transition piece between the rooms as we ordered a unique item but the wait for this is miniscule in the big picture of this job. The job, the floor went great. Again we couldn't be happier.
The other people who I spoke with at Loria's are Ellen and Larry who were very professional and helpful as they too listened to what we were saying concerning this job. If the people at a company make the company then Loria's is a great company to deal with. The message here I want to share is that everyone I came in contact with - LISTENED - to us. We didn't ask for anything crazy but not being in the business we weren't sure what they could do and what we would get. Listening is a rare trait today in business and Loria's has nailed it (no pun intended). You will be happy with this company and if you're not then Joe will make sure you are.

The service was great other than the accuracy of the arrival and delivery of the carpet.  I was told by the salesman it would take a week or two for it to be delivered and then could be installed. From the day I purchased the carpet it was about a month or so before it was installed. It was delivered to the store and it took for me to call them about 4 days after they received it for me to even find out it was there.   I was hoping to have it earlier, so was a bit disappointed. Having said that, the carpet is beautiful, perfectly installed.

All the flooring had to be ordered. Loria's called to schedule an appointment about the time they told me to expect the flooring to arrive. The installers did a good job, and showed up promptly each morning. No issues or disappointments. I've used them multiple times over the years, and have been satisfied with their pricing, selection and service.

Loria"s Carpeting was an absolute pleasure to deal with.  Initially, my wife met a showroom salesman, Larry, who was informative without being pushy. He showed my wife several carpet samples based on our price range. After my wife made a selection and told him the approximate square footage, Larry gave her a ballpark cost estimate which turned out to very accurate.
Next one of the owners, Joe, came to measure.  He was prompt, professional, and confirmed Larry's figures.  Unlike other carpet places that start with a lowball figure and then hit you with add-ons for padding, installation, and removal fees, Loria was upfront with their pricing which was better than competitive.
The day of the install, Mike and Vinny arrived on time, were courteous and also professional.  The removal of the old and laying of the new carpet went off without a hitch.  They were meticulous in putting down the new carpet.
I also dealt with owner, Frank and his wife, Sally,  regarding payment.  They were friendly and very accommodating..
Bottom line: the job is complete. My wife is happy which means I am happy.  I wouldn't buy my carpeting anyplace other than Loria's.  I highly recommend them.
